A non-governmental and a non-profit seeking organization, of the five regional chambers of commerce in Lithuania. The chamber, situated in the second biggest city of Lithuania, unifies various businesses, educational, scientific and high technology institutions. They focus on: business community consolidation; representation of our member's and general business needs and interests; support services for business development in the region and for international growth.

ROC Friese Poort is a VET college in the Dutch provinces of Friesland and Flevoland, offering a wide range of education to approximately 15.000 students. The college actively contributes to the regional development of the northern part of the Netherlands.
